We are NOT responsible for lost or damaged items without insurance. If you did not pay extra for insurance for items delivered USPS, then we are not responsible for those items that are lost or damaged in the Postal Service. What is the return policy?
These are closeout and liquidation surplus items and because of that, all SALES ARE FINAL! No exceptions! No returns, no exchanges. You refuse the order, you lose the order.
If we feel that you are a predatory buyer, we can and will at anytime with or without notice refuse an order placed and have it cancelled.
If you are buying an item for a holiday season, PLEASE order it early enough. Do not make US the fault if you try to buy something only a few days before the holidays, and then expect it there without paying for expedited shipping if it is available for that item.
It normally takes 3-5 business days to process orders and then there is standard USPS and UPS shipping times. We are not responsible on how long it takes USPS or UPS to ship the items once it leaves our hands.
Please Note: There may be times in order to waive long delays in shipment that we may ship a similar substitution of the item which may be more expensive or a different color for the same price if the item you ordered is currently on backorder for a short period of time.
